I am a mother of four, a teacher, a healer — and a lifelong seeker of light. I’ve spent much of my life nurturing others, both in the classroom and at home, and I’m deeply grateful for the blessings these roles have brought me. But as I entered my 50s, I felt a quiet longing — a sense that something was missing. That’s when Reiki found me.

Through White Light Reiki, I discovered not just a practice, but a calling. Healing energy awakened something profound within me, and now I offer that light to others. If you’re on a healing journey, I believe there’s something I can offer you — a space to reconnect, restore, and rise.

About Me

I’ve lived in New Jersey my entire life. My childhood was marked by trauma — abuse, abandonment, and a deep sense of disconnection. For years, I silenced myself, believing I had to shrink to survive. But healing taught me otherwise.

I’ve come to understand that self-love is the most powerful force we can cultivate. Investing in your own healing isn’t a luxury — it’s a necessity. When you begin to honor your own journey, you become the best version of yourself. And that version? That’s where the magic begins.
